Where does the name RSP come from / What does it mean?
Hi, I’m Mike Ryan, the CEO of RSP.
Customers often ask me where the name RSP comes from?
Ryan Screen Printing, Inc was started in 1960 by my uncle John Ryan in his Parents basement -- I know, how cliché.
Some of their first products were real estate signs and banners for a local brewery in Milwaukee.
After having some initial success, my father Robert Ryan, joined his brother in the business. Later on, their father also joined the business. Today, my brother and I are the 3rd generation!
In 2005, our business started changing. less screen printing and more plastic, rubber, metal, electronics, digital printing
To make sure our name was not misleading, and to honor the history and tradition of Ryan Screen Printing, we changed our name to RSP.
Today, we have around 200 employees and service thousands of customers in over 40 countries around the world. Our small business may have grown over the years, but we still maintain that small family owned business mentality of partnering with our customers and always treating them right!
