Liu Hong (Eileen) is a purchasing manager at RSP in Shenzhen, China. She has worked at RSP since 2014.
The purchasing position is extremely critical to RSP. In her role, Eileen has to interact with all kinds of people and must be flexible with many different demands. The procurement department is always facing challenges and scheduling adjustments, which has made Eileen extremely quick on her feet and influential with vendors.
“As far as I am concerned, purchasing is a job that can exercise my personal ability and is of great help in improving my comprehensive business ability,” says Eileen about her work. “Procurement is simply based on the 5Rs (Right Price, Right Quality, Right Quantity, Right Time, Right Place), fully cooperating with the production department, and striving for the timely supply of materials.”
Eileen graduated from South China Normal University in Art and Design. Her previous experience was 5 years in sales and business development.
Eileen enjoys travel and teaches yoga. Her favorite English book is “Unstoppable: The Incredible Power of Faith in Action,” by Nick Vujicic.
