Hi, I’m Mike Ryan the CEO of RSP.
RSP has been molding plastic at our controlled facility in China for over a decade! Our molding facility, RSP Technology, is in Shenzhen, China -- just a couple hours from Hong Kong airport.
Our policy at RSP Technology is like our policy at all of our facilities. Customers are welcome to visit any time to work on engineering, prototyping, molding, inspections, or just to say hi.
We have several visitors a month at our facilities in China and wish we had even more. Our team members are excellent hosts and there are on site residencies for visitors.
RSP has produced millions of pieces of plastic molding over the years. These are used in automobiles, hospitals, homes and businesses around the world. Our customers range from start-ups to Fortune 500’s.
Our engineering department has over 100 years of engineering experience in plastics.
We assemble and finish all of our own tooling in house. We currently operate 12 molding machines ranging from 50 - 300+ tons with the capacity to add more equipment.
At any time, we have 5 to 20 tools in our tool shop.
Many of the parts we mold go directly to our assembly lines where they are integrated into turnkey product.
Other plastic is packaged and shipped to customers all over the world to over 40 countries. Once your plastic is molded, your tools are stored on site safely and insured.
