RSP produces high quality tested touch screens in China and offers outstanding pricing!  Our touch screens are used in ATM machines, trucks, cars, offices and medical environments.  Are you currently buying a stock touch screen?  We might be able to save you money by making a custom touch screen at substantial savings.

Touch screens are easy to use machine interfaces that are sensitive to the human touch.  They allow the user to interact with the machine by touching pictures or words on the screen.  The images seen are generally displayed on an LCD below the touch screen and are not considered part of the touch screen.  RSP can supply touch screens and complete LCD display assemblies including the controllers and software drivers.

Three main types of touch screens:

  • Digital Resistive Touch Screen:  This type of touch screen is sometimes referred to as the X-Y matrix touch screen. The typical border width is at least .25”.  Digital resistive touch screens operate by decoding or measuring a direct resistive circuit.
  • Analog Resistive Touch Screen:  This type of touch screen is designed for ‘pen recognition’ applications and other applications where a high resolution is required.
  • Capacitive Touch Screens:  All-glass touch screens witha  transparent metallic conductive coating.  When a finger touches the screen and draws a small amount of current to the point of contact, creating a voltage drop.

Touch screens are used in a variety of applications:
  • Control and Automation Systems
  • Public Information Displays
  • Customer Self Service
  • Machine Operation
  •  …and many more.
At RSP, we work with the customer to provide the highest quality product at the best available price.
