 RSP produces silicone rubber keypads at our new facility from high quality silicone for durability and consistency. Our engineering support staff has designed 1000’s of silicone keypads and can offer design assistance. RSP has developed tooling methods that can save the customer thousands of dollars off standard prices!
FREE DESIGN : Our rubber tooling cost includes 3D modeling from a 2D file at no additional cost. We can also reengineer a keypad from a customer provided sample at no additional cost.
Silicone keypads are the most popular user interface for a variety of reasons. They offer design flexibility at a low per unit cost. Some of the design options include:

Prototypes: RSP has developed a process for supplying 20 or more production quality silicone rubber keypads in 10-12 days. Keypads can be done in multiple silicone colors with multiple print colors for no additional charge. Prices range from $1000-$1500 depending upon the size of the part and the finishes needed.
